Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living Unit, constructed in 2000, boasts three different room layouts. The 'Rose,' a large bedroom with double closets and private bath, may be arranged in a semi-private or private layout. Our 'Orchid,' a one-person accommodation, has a sitting room, bedroom and large private bath. The deluxe 'Lily' is our two-person accommodation featuring a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, sitting room and spacious bedroom.
Independent active living is encouraged at Countryside, while still offering the comforts of around-the-clock assistance with medication administration, bathing and dressing. Indoor and outdoor recreation areas abound, offering quiet, peaceful locations to read a book, play cards or watch television. Our 'Senior Shuttle' bus makes frequent jaunts to area department stores, restaurants and ice cream shops.
Countryside residents are encouraged to pursue their own hobbies and daily activities. Residents are even welcome to bring their own vehicles. At Countryside, we do not hinder your busy living - we assist with it. Visit Countryside's Assisted Living Unit - and start living!
Skilled Nursing Care
At Countryside, you can be assured of individualized, 24-hour-a-day quality care by trained nurses and certified nurse's assistants. State-of-the-art medical resources are staffed by nursing professionals, trained to manage wound care, IV therapy, surgical dressing changes, tracheotomy and ostomy care, and enteral nutrition.
Several physicians make routine rounds and are available 24-hours-a-day. Our extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy program caters to the individual rehabilitative needs of every resident. Personalized plans of care are implemented, and routinely updated, by our Social Worker, Activity Director and nursing personnel.

Memory Lane "Alzheimer's" Unit
Our secured, personal care – level Memory Lane Unit, directed by a licensed practical nurse, caters to the individual needs of the Alzheimer's patient. This unique community features a glass-enclosed indoor atrium with "town square" atmosphere and café dining. Resident bedrooms resemble individual homes with brick and aluminum siding exteriors, porches, shrubbery and windows. An outdoor enclosed courtyard encourages residents to enjoy the warm sunshine while sitting on a comfortable swing.
Nurse's assistants, trained to manage the behavior of Alzheimer's patients, perform personal care services including dressing and toileting. Under careful supervision residents are, however, encouraged to maintain independence and perform basic tasks at their own pace.
