Countryside Christian Community is a not for
profit continuing care retirement community
located in a convenient, country setting just
north of the quaint and historic town of Annville
in Lebanon County, PA. Countryside offers an
easier way of life with independent living
cottages, assisted living and nursing care. Our
small community environment and Christian
context offers a pleasing way of life for your

Countryside Christian Community offers services and
accommodations in three levels of living indicated below. As a
continuing care retirement community, independent living residents
have priority access to other levels of service for a temporary period
of time or on-going basis dependent upon need. The community is
located in a quaint country setting of 24 acres in Lebanon County.
Shopping and access to local services are only minutes away in the
town of Annville or in the adjoining communities of Palmyra, Cleona,
Hershey and Lebanon.

A variety of independent
living cottages are available
in both one and two
bedroom configurations.
Some include full
basements and garages!

Assisted living offers single
rooms or suites (living area,
kitchenette, bedroom and
half bath), three meals daily
and personal care services
24 hours/day.

Nursing care includes
skilled care and
rehabilitative services in
private or semi-private
rooms. Countryside is
certified for the Medicare
and Medicaid programs.

For those persons that
need or desire a short term
stay of approximately one
to two weeks, respite care
may be available in the
nursing home or assisted
living dependent on
available openings.
