SERVICES
(included in basic rates)


RATES INCLUDE:
Furnished room (residents are encouraged to include personal furnishings, with approval of Home Administrator).
Three meals per day served in a family-style setting, followed by an evening snack.
Laundry Services - personal and bed linens.
Bed linens and towels are provided (residents can bring their own if they want to).
Assistance with medications by trained staff.
Licensed Nurse is part of the Home's staff.
Trained nurses aide available 24 hours per day to assist with daily living tasks.
Residents' rooms cleaned by Housekeeping staff.
ASSISTED DAILY LIVING SERVICES PROVIDED:
Assistance with medications.
Assist with bathing.
Change bed linens -- Residents are encouraged to make their bed daily and keep their room neat.
Assist with meals when necessary.
Wash and set hair on residents bath day.
Assist with shopping, including transportation, on scheduled dates.
Assist family/designated person with scheduling of medical appointments, Transportation is the responsibility of the family/designated person. If transportation is provided by Paradise Manor in a non emergency setting, we request a donation be, made to the Manor.
Residents are always encouraged to do as much as possible for themselves to maintain their dignity, self respect, physical, mental and emotional well-being.
