Saucon Valley Manor first opened its doors in September of 2000. Owners Abraham Atiyeh and Nimita Kapoor Atiyeh are personally committed to providing senior care accommodations that are unsurpassed in the industry. Mr. and Mrs. Atiyeh, along with their specialized and experienced healthcare support team, welcome you to call or visit for more information. Saucon Valley Manor is a senior living community where you pay for the support that you need at the time that you need it. There are no "buy-in fees", you pay for the care you need month to month. We offer a home-like environment!

Saucon Valley Manor has no buy-in program, only a refundable security deposit upon move in. All of our units are on a rental basis with a month to month lease. You will never be bound to a long-term agreement and will never be required to pay for services you don't need. Of course we want you to make your family a permanent part of ours, and we will work hard to see that you do.
