ENTRUST STAFF
The Vintage House is concerned about the quality of care given to our residents. Therefore, we staff only qualified, caring, and responsible individuals to perform tasks in aiding our residents with the necessary care needed.

At the Vintage House we take living personally. That's why we offer our seniors a variety of living arrangements, amenities, services, meal plans, social activities and care.

Our Home offers Private and Semi-Private rooms each with private baths. We also have an elegant dining area as well as a private dining area for those special family events. The Home also offers a reading/lounge area, a game room and several other living rooms for our residents to enjoy!
Independent Living
At the Vintage House, seniors enjoy an active and more independent lifestyle without the worry of household maintenance.
Assisted Living
Our assisted living facility provide just the right amount of support and care. This includes assistance with day-to-day tasks, such as bathing, personal hygiene and medication assistance. They are broken down into three levels of care.
Care I

* Wellness supervision
* Medication assistance
* Three meals and a snack
* Mealtime monitoring
* Provision for bath and single bed linens with weekly laundry
* Private bath and shower
* Routine room service
* General monitoring of resident's whereabouts and condition 24/7
* Housekeeping services
* Recreational activities
* Basic utilities including local phone and basic cable in common areas

Care II
Services provided to our residents at this level include Care I Services plus these additional services

* Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Medication administration
* Assistance with ambulating
* Reminder for medical appointments, meals and amenities
* Communication with reseident's personal physician

Care III
Services provided to our residents at this level include Care II Services plus these additional services

* Complete bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assistance with exercise including walking and prescibed exercises
* Eating assistance and special diets

Short-term Respite Care
We offer short-term stays for seniors who may require help after a hospital visit, during an illness or when family members need a break. Services are provided for a minimum of three days.
Additional Care
Additional services available on a fee-for-service basis; which includes and not limited to:

* Private phone line
* Cable Television
* Additional house-keeping
* Laundry services
* Guest meals
* Incontinence care
