Welcome!
We are a home-like, family run facility, who strives to provide high quality services to our residents. Our administrators, who are also registered nurses, interact with most residents almost daily. In the meantime, our compassionate staff provide 24 hour supervision to our assisted living residents.
Our room rates are reasonably priced, and we offer a variety of room types to meet the needs of your loved ones. Furthermore, room rates are all inclusive. With few exceptions (such as incontinence) we do not charge additional fees for different levels of care. Assistance with medications, laundry, help with bathing & dressing—everything is included.
All our meals are home-made on the premises, even the pizza! We offer a variety of activities, including weekly worship services, and (of course) bingo. Physicians, geriatricians, and even beauticians make housecalls!

SERVICES & AMENITIES
Seniors and their families often struggle to coordinate multiple visits for health and personal care needs. At Above & Beyond, we make sure that our residents get the care they need without all the hassles. We offer the following services available on-site. (Costs for these services are the responsibility of the resident, although some may be covered by insurance.)
- Board certified physician
- Podiatrist
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Visiting nurses
- Medication delivery
- Laboratory testing
- Beauty & barber services
Assisted living rates include the following services:
- 24 hour on-site supervision
- Nurses on staff
- Three meals daily plus snacks
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
- Assistance making/keeping appointments
- Assistance arranging transportation
- Medication administration
- Vital signs & diabetic monitoring
- Laundry services (except dry cleaning)
- On site social & recreational activities
- Cable in each room (you provide television)
ACTIVITIES
Residents of Above & Beyond can look forward to participating in various activities throughout the day, including:
- Memory enhancing activities(like bingo or card games)
- Gross motor skills (bean bag toss and golf putting)
- Fine motor skills (arts & crafts projects)
- Social interaction (with residents, staff, volunteers)
- Pet therapy (visiting pets)
- Musical entertainment and sing-a-longs
Allentown also has a variety of local resources, including theatres, churches, and senior centers nearby.
