Country View Manor is a licensed Assisted Living / Personal Care home located just south of Willow Street overlooking beautiful southern Lancaster County. Opened in 1987, Country View Manor continues to be locally owned and operated by Bob and Kathy Schober and is the sister home to Evergreen Estates Retirement Community.
We offer private and semi-private accommodations all in a cozy home like atmosphere.

Limited English Proficiency: In order to ensure effective communication, Country View Manor staff will make every effort to ensure communication and understanding for those residents or their immediate families who are identified as having Limited English Proficiency.
In 1986, I would often visit my aunt and grandmother in the personal care home where they were living. Unfortunately, it did not take my family long to discover that the care which my aunt and grandmother were receiving was very disheartening. It was at this time that my love for them would not allow me to leave them in that environment, so I brought them home to live with me, and my family. After much time and searching we were very disappointed at what we discovered, that there was not a home where we were completely confident that my aunt and grandmother would receive the same level of care that we were providing. As a result, we decided that if we couldn't find a home that matched up to our standards, there surely were many other families in Lancaster County that were facing the same challenge.
That was the beginning of Country View Manor.
Country View Manor is an Assisted Living / Personal Care Home for the elderly overlooking beautiful southern Lancaster County. Having room for 24 residents, we still commit and insist upon our philosophy of overstaffing so that each resident receives all of the attention that they need.
As the owners and operators of Country View Manor since 1987, my husband Bob and I are committed to giving the type of care that we would expect to find in a home that we would want to place a loved one in. Our fees are all inclusive with no admission fees or processing fees.
Needless to say I am very proud of our established reputation, as well as our impeccable inspection reports, and look forward to providing you and your loved ones with peace of mind, dignity and loving care which are second to none.
Country View Manor is committed to providing the quality of care that we would expect for our own parents. Our staff takes great pride in providing the services not only efficiently, but with a smile and a hug.
