Pine Ridge offers peace, tranquility and a restful atmosphere in which to enjoy your retirement or recuperation. This log cabin lodge is capable of housing seventeen residents. Set in forty five acres of rural Pennsylvania countryside with stunning views of the Allegheny Mountains.

We provide a complete service for:
Long Stay Residents.
There are also alternatives at Pine Ridge for seniors and their families who need an occasional helping hand. Our programs are, Short Stay Care and Adult Day Care. These are the perfect solutions for seniors who are being discharged from a hospital or nursing home, but aren't quite ready to go home yet, or for caregivers requiring a break.
Short Stay Care and Adult Day Care residents live in one of our fully furnished apartments, with a private bath for a few days, a weekend, a month or even longer. During this time our care staff attend to their personal needs, from help with activities in daily living to medication management.
We also offer a wide range of Activities & Facilities to help residents stay active and make new friends.

DINING AT Pine Ridge
* Delicious and nutritious meals are provided which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Hot homemade bread is made almost daily.
* New recipes are made almost on a weekly basis.
* Vegetarian entrees will be served to those who are vegetarians.
* Special meals and snacks are provided for those who are on a special diet such as low salt, diabetic, soft diets or pureed food.
* Special homemade sugar free desserts are made for diabetics.

Pine Ridge's Medical Director is Dr. Joanna Brady, M.D., whose specialty is Family Practice. Dr. Brady is affiliated with Fulton County Medical Center.
Skilled care services are also available on an intermittent basis through various certified Home Care Agencies. These services include visits from:

* Physical Therapists
* Occupational Therapists
* Speech Language Pathologists
* Respiratory Therapists and Nutritionists
Medicare, Medicaid and most other insurances cover these skilled care services at 100%.
Diabetics
We are experienced & provide a complete service for diabetic residents.
Alzheimer's Residents
Pine Ridge is equipped with a state of the art security system, providing daytime chimes & night time alarms when certain conditions are met.
This system is also monitored 24 hours a day by a security monitoring service.
