We are conveniently located within the Tel Hai campus which makes visits with friends, spouses and guests easy and convenient. Here residents can enjoy independence and companionship as members of a vital community.

Families appreciate knowing that their loved ones are receiving the help they need each day to maintain their health and safety. At Lakeview we provide the peace of mind of a 24 hour professional nursing staff, all daily meals, housekeeping services, linen and laundry service along with planned activities, supervised field trips and full time social services.

Our classic style room design provides for a warm and comfortable residential setting that addresses the issues of mobility and handicap accessibility. We offer private or semi-private Floor Plans ranging in size from an affordable studio to spacious suites suitable for couples.

We offer exemplary care in providing a quality of life for those residents who have Alzheimer’s Disease or related disorders through our “Neighborhood Club”. In this program individuals may participate in the Adult Day Care program which is located in a state-of-the-art space within the Lakeview Assisted Living building. That center is licensed for 41 adults and our well-trained staff embraces the concept of tiered programming for those with dementia related disorders. Neighborhood Club residents are able to reside in their own apartments while participating in structured, therapeutic activities during the day.
